Company: Merge Games (Publisher) / Antab Studio (Developer)
FORECLOSED is a narrative action adventure set in a cyberpunk city, and the whole game is presented like an interactive comic book. I tested it end to end as a publisher QA tester at Merge Games.
What I did
- Functional testing across the whole game.
- Compliance checks against Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo requirements.
- Researched how the game worked so I could write test plans and guides for the rest of the team.
- Sent detailed feedback to Antab Studio on bugs, mechanics and presentation.
- Helped other testers with platform requirements, which made later compliance passes quicker.
The comic book style made it an interesting one to test. Alongside the usual functional bugs, I was looking for art and presentation problems specific to that style, while also covering compliance on several platforms.

Jira for bugs, Confluence for test documentation, and dev kits for PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo, alongside Stadia, Luna, Steam and Epic.
